Following the success of its sister venue in Los Angeles, ADRIFT Burger Bar launched at Expo 2020 Dubai in October 2021 and remained for a six month period.

Inspired by the laid back vibe of Venice Beach and the minimalist edge of Tokyo, the venue was designed by Danny Gonzales and featured an awe-inspiring 8.5m by 4.5m mural by local artist, Amna Basheer. The pop-up became one of the most successful restaurants at Expo, serving nearly 115,000 burgers during its six month residency.
